NeighborWorks(r) TOLEDO REGION formelly known as Neighborhood Housing Services of Toledo, Inc. facilitates the State of Ohio's Home Weatherization Assistance Program, Columbia Gas of Ohio's Warm Choice Program and First Energy/Toledo Edison's Community Connection Program in Lucas county for more than 30 years.
