ProMedica is committed to improving the social determinants of health in the communities it serves, including housing and environment. 

 

In partnership, ProMedica & NeighborWorks Toledo Region are excited about the creation and implementation of this home rehabilitation matching grant program. The purpose of this initiative is to help improve the exterior structural components (our qualifying list of projects includes interior?  Has this changed to only exterior?) and exterior “curb appeal” of homes directly surrounding ProMedica Toledo Hospital.  Matching grants up to $10,000 may awarded. 

 

Interested homeowners in the defined neighborhood within the border streets of Douglas Road, Central Avenue, Kenwood Blvd., and Upton Avenue, and living in the home, may inquire about applying by contacting us here and including "ProMedica Matching Grant" in the subject line.
