Management for Compliance
Neighborhood Housing Services of Toledo, Inc. operates compliance for properties to adhere to federal (HUD), state (LIHTC), and local regulations. We are committed to careful tenant screening, income verification, annual recertification, ongoing property inspections, and more to ensure residents are comfortable and safe, while maintaining standards of compliance for funding and subsidy eligibility.
NHST conducts compliance procedures for IDE 1&2 (address) and Heritage Commons (22 Kurtz St., Athens, OH 45701).
