We proudly manage a number of low-income properties and housing portfolios to keep Toledo's families warm, comfortable, and free from the burden of unrealistic rent costs. Our Property Management department is dedicated to providing quality, efficient service to maintain each apartment, unit, and single-family home. Current Residents
If you're a current resident of one of our rental properties, you have the option to pay rent in one of the following ways:

Stop by our office to drop off a check, money order, or cashier's check made out to the name of your property (Cherry Legacy Homes, UNSH 1, Douglas Square, etc.)

Mail a check, money order, or cashier's check made out to the name of your property (Cherry Legacy Homes, UNSH 1, Douglas Square, etc.) to our office at 704 Second Street, P.O. Box 8125, Toledo, OH 43605​​
Interested in applying to rent a property?
We host Application Clinics every Thursday from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Attendees are required to bring the following items for each family member: driver's license, birth certificate, and social security cards. Applications will NOT be accepted without these items.
