This survey was conceived to assist LISC Toledo and NeighborWorks® Toledo Region in their analysis of the Garfield neighborhood’s growth, development, and rise in homeownership rates during the past five years. LISC Toledo and NeighborWorks® Toledo Region value the opinions of Garfield neighborhood residents. The organizations understand that some survey participants prioritize privacy and extend the opportunity for anonymous responses. Those who wish to attach their name to their response may do so at the end of the survey. Survey results will be shared with respect to the privacy of participants. Any data shared will be framed as a general narrative describing blanket trends that have contributed to the neighborhood’s growth as a whole, not on individual levels.
